My channel has a total of 37,363 views so it is attracting a lot of people however out of 37,363 vies I only have 410 refs I really need tips and help on how to improve my videos referral rate. Thank you in advance.

I think the best method would be to build up trust by doing lets plays or walk throughs on games, or showing off your skills in a game or something similar and then after about 20 videos when you have a solid set of say.. 300 subs you post a video that starts off the same, it is a real lets play vid etc. but at the end you say if you want to get this game absolutely free head over to the site linked in the description. You then create a site around that game which will act as your referral site (so you don't have a tiny*rl or your blatant referral link in the description but a real url) and buy a domain for it (.com preferably). At this point in time your only goal is to continue your series doing the same thing from that episode forward (telling them get free stuff by following the link in the description) and work on making your site more and more attractive to the people watching your videos.
