If your not already try using firefox, opera, google chrome, etc and see if that helps. I use firefox.

Here's a couple reasons that would prevent you from ordering: - You have a negative cash balance - You have the 100 or 500 more points if needed options checked. You will need to uncheck those options if you do not have those extra points in your balance.
