I sent in a ticket over 4 days ago... can't cash out and blocked from doing so. I have been on this site for over 2 years and never had an issue. Really perplexed and don't know how to get someone to help me. I tried to cash out and it didn't work so tried again and was blocked. How do I get support to respond? |

Have you been using fake information? The birthdate 65-2-22 looks kind of fishy. If you have been using fake information (fraud), your account will be permanently banned. If you've been using honest information, an admin will request ID to confirm your information in the support ticket. Your ticket will probably be replied to by tomorrow. |
