Can you cancel an order before it gets verified?? (Resolved)

I ordered something and it was being verified then i realized i put the wrong address so im wondering if i can cancel before it gets approved. |

Yes go to spend points, then go to order history at the top, then go to the cancel or delete button all the way to the right of your order.

Hi, Again Yes u can cancel orders as long as they have not approved yet.
http://www.points2shop.com/orders Just click cancel or delete which ever one is there

Actually, once your order goes into the "Preparing" status, you couldn't cancel your order after that point. So, only if the order is pending can you delete the order. If it's preparing right now, you have no choice but to wait for approval/denial on the order. |
