I got this when I tried to ordered some headphones? Then after ordering some headphone my points dropped down to 3000 and i got an email saying the price for the headphones changed? Then after all that it gave me some restricted thing?? Not sure whats going on...but I sent out a ticket and havent got a reply yet and its been 2-3 days. Thanks. |

This message means you have account issues. Unfortunately there isn't anything we can do in the forums to help you out on this issue. You will need to send a ticket or reply if you have one open already. Go to the Support tab and click Support ticket. You can discuss your account issues there in a ticket with admin. Just read more of your post... Account issues are checked when orders are placed, that is why your order was denied, because you have account issues now. Tickets can take a few days for a reply back so be patient. Admin take off days over the weekend so you're less likely to get a reply then.
