Hey, so i have a ultimate game card and gta4 in my orders, and for the past 4 days they have been preparing. Is this normal? Are they coming in any time soon? Also, will i obtain the ultimate game card as soon as it is approved, or will i have to wait even longer? Thanks. |

The Ultimate Gamer Card should be available to you as soon as it is approved. As for the order status a lot of people seem to have been experiencing a longer waiting time recently so maybe Admins are behind orders. Usually it takes less than three days not counting weekends. |
