I preordered saints row the third:enter the dominatrix which is a $30 addon for saints row the third, but the company decided not to make it and make saints row 4 instead. Will i have to request a refund? If so, how does that work?

You probably will. Just send a ticket, the order will cancel and your points are refunded.
