I have been playing slingo bingo quite a bit and a couple days ago it froze... no big deal lost ten points... today and I was kicked out of a game in the middle and once it wouldn't load... so i have lost 30 points... i really like playing the games for points but I'm not sure if it is just my computer or if sometimes the games freeze. Also is it possible to get those points back |

Well i dont play games but there should be like a refund or delete button somewhere in the played game history, otherwise try sending in a support ticket to see if admins can help you get the points back. the support tickets can be found under the support tab at the top of the page. |
