For some reason, my 3rd generation ipod touch (32 gb) is no longer charging, AT ALL. no matter what i plug the charger into (my computer, my ihome, or my wallcharger) i never get a charge, all i get is this thing on the ipod screen with a plug pointing to a stike of lightning, (which mean to charge it i know....) But it never charges.... ANYWAY i can fix this, please tell me |

only two things i can think of right now is either call apple if u still have a warranty or maybe if u get one of those pads that u can just set ur ipod on and it charges (the ones that u just set them on not plugging them into anything) |

Sounds to me like either your battery is dead (unlikely as they usually go slowly) or the charge port on your ipod is damaged. This can happen for a number of reasons, ie- yanking the cable out too hard, dropping it with the cable in, water damage or just over-use. If it's still in warantee, have apple fix it. If not, they're relatively easy to do
