I was looking at this topic for a while but i was unable to reply. I believe i can help as i've helped other members having the same issue. Does your address have any special characters in the box? Your address layout should be as followed: 84 Main St That's just an example. If you put a period at the end, or dashes in between, or instead of writing out north you put an N directly after the letters, it would mess up how the system interprets your address and that will be the issue you are having. Also note that many amazon sellers don't ship to P.O boxes so make sure you are using your home address for the field. Address 2 should be used if you live in an apartment. Hope this helps. I might be able to help more if i would see how your address if laid out. Sorry for the late reply. I was looking at this topic for a while but i was unable to reply. I believe i can help as i've helped other members having the same issue.

Does your address have any special characters in the box? Your address layout should be as followed:

That's just an example. If you put a period at the end, or dashes in between, or instead of writing out north you put an N directly after the letters, it would mess up how the system interprets your address and that will be the issue you are having.
