I need help with my iPod Touch

It still turns on, and syncs to iTunes but I can't touch the screen. On my other iPod I use VNC to see it on my PC, so I was wondering if any of you guys know how to put Veency on an iPod touch without using the actual iPod. It's running 4.2.1

So the only real solution would probably be to replace your touch digitizer, sell it for parts, get it fixed by apple or just get another new or used itouch. Maybe you can try to clean the screen or remove any screen protector on it,restart it or restore your itouch.
