Cash/Points?

Cash can even be converted to points if you'd rather have them in points. Points however cannot be converted to cash and can be used to spend on items found in the Reward Gallery for items from Amazon.

Just convert cash wisely, because once you do you couldn't convert back to cash later on. To convert it, go to the Spend Points tab (or Get Paid) and click Convert cash to points.
