I just had 9 of these pop up and I'm unable to do any of them as I'm in AU. So basically just target these messages to members that can do them, and not bother those who cannot. Also, it would be nice if they gave us the option to turn off notifications for certain things. I don't need a notification for every single new offer that has been added.

And it fills up the right side of your screen xD
