Like Exar pointed out, most people have absolutely no idea what an online affiliate is. Those that do know, know how to remove the ref code, so that's where link masking comes in. I've got over 13k referrals using sites talking about, and not talking about referrals. Both of them were getting me almost the same number of referrals. If you think people are that evil and hate referral links, then I think you should try a new niche.

I saw your site in the other thread. If you're not getting ANY sign ups with over 100 impressions, then your content is obviously not "strong and of high quality".enough. Your content has to be both accurate and persuasive so people want to sign up. Your source of traffic is also a factor. If you're getting all those impressions from google when someone searches for "free amazon stuff" then they should be willing to sign up. On the other hand, if you're getting the traffic by spamming different forums or chats, then it's likely that no one will sign up.* *Not saying you do that, just basing it off personal experience and much trial and error.

Sites like those won't help you rank in google. Work on building links to your site to move up in google.
