Not sure if this is in the right section section but thought it would be a support issue. Feel free to move it. Over the past 3-4 days uk opinion surveys appears to have had a sudden drop in its approvals. Normally it credits in minutes and currently is listed as approval time Fast - 5minutes. Yet now seems like hardly anyone is getting credited. Looking at the Performance graph uk opinion surveys currently has a average of 25% approval rate based on previous & current approval stats over the last 90 days. They also recently updated their look to the demographics part so could this be an factor.. Think Points2shop/Cashle should possibly look into this or perhaps contact opinion surveys to see if there is an issue on their side. |

we're aware of the issue and are working with opinion surveys advertisers to fix it as soon as possible. Yeah, I can see from the graph the drop in conversion. Thanks for your patience and hope to have it fixed very soon. The tracking has been fixed though, it should take from 5 to 20 (max) min to credit |

I've noticed this problem too, and sadly it's still taking an age for them to approve. I did the Surveyhead one an hour ago and still nothing. There still seems to be a problem that it automatically says there are no surveys available after an email address if put in for Surveyhead, Uk Opinion Surveys and also Give us your 2 cents. |

yeah for the past 2 days it says there is no surveys at all. only getting ssi and pr1980. and 3 days ago i did opinions survey and it hasnt approved. gutted |

But i noticed that SurveyHead no longer re-directs to opinions surveys once they run out of surveys i just get a disqualified page. Unless thats just me but its only happened since the issues with opinion surveys started. |

It re-directs for me. I've got friends that use other sites in the UK and they've not had any of the problems that have been going on here. |

I have 2x opinion surveys and 1 give us your 2 cents still pending. Looking at the recently approved offers i have yet to see anyone thats been given credit in the last couple of days |
