The lottery ticket incentive is becoming a pain as it is just being in the Free Stuff forum... It would just bring in more unnecessary spam to the forums as well. Also it would become costly for the site as the owners have to pay for each lottery ticket given out. You already get merits for reaching a total post count.

The reason it's set up for bronze only and above is to prevent spam from users who just signed up solely for advertising/spamming/etc.
