My friend has been violated because of having multiple accounts.But today, the admin already replied to his ticket and this is the reply Hello, Thank you for your time, sir, your account has been reinstated. Please note that future offenses on your part will not be tolerated. Kind Regards, Points2Shop It means that his account has been reinstated.But when he click "EARN CASH" menu, the "Resolving Account Issues" is still there? How it gonna be? |

This is an issue only the admin can resolve, so your friend is going to have to reply in the ticket again and wait for them to respond again. |
