But here is what I got yesterday: With those two bright green marks, I think I should be able to earn at least $0.11 ($0.01 for registration + 0.1 for completed offer), but it didn't happen. Did I miss something here? Thanks.

The 1 point clicks don't count as a 'completed offer'. You'll get the extra bonus when the user does an offer that's worth more then just 1 or 2 points.... EDIT: reason for this was the fact that some members were abusing the signup bonus system. Giving out a $0.10 bonus for a 1 point click isn't sustainable for us

But if that's the case, I think the system should gave me this kind of notification instead:
