I just checked my balance history a moment ago. There's a referral credit from a user by the name of "082710", who just signed up today over an hour ago at the time of this post.

The balance adds up, but there are two things I found oddly missing and could be bug-related.

I know the # of referrals I had at the end of yesterday, but the referral counter didn't change when this referral signed up. The graphs do not seem to show it either. Even more strange, I go and view his profile and it DOESN'T say "This user is your referral".

So is it wrong that this user didn't get added to my referral count? This is just a guess but it could be due to the fact that his name is all numbers and that's somehow a bug in adding the user.

Okay, I checked and you're right. It's very rare that I get a downline that shows activity.

You can email P2S Support directly (support@points2shop.com) and manually verify your email address. Include your username from P2S and why you're emailing so they know how to help you. Or you can send a Support Ticket and admin can resend the verification email to you.
