Use the tab key to change from one IM window to another (This would place the cursor in the Typing area to allow quick changing and typing again without pausing to use the mouse) Reason: Speed up HS 2. Esc To close IM (As it says, if you are currently in an IM (cursor in Typing field) then pressign the Esc key closes it 3. Cursor automatically moves to next window upon closing (Allows user to change between IMs without stopping to use the mouse) 4. Able to popout IM client to new window. (Upon pressing a button, the contacts list, along with any current open IMs would open in a new window, Allowing users to have more room when using the IM feature) 5. "You have to be a confirmed Friend to message this user" This a major problem I have been seeing going on on each end, either users unable to reply to me, or me unable to reply to the users, this seems to only happen the first few IMs between each user, I would like to see this fixed. 6. IMs Not sending, It has been happening to many IM users lately, Specially those using HS, you send a message to a user, and they dont receive it, yet on your screen, sends jsut fine. The tab suggestion would help out a lot to speed things up. As for the You have to be a confirmed Friend to message this user message, you might be getting that with users you try helping or sending to your referrals. If you get it in the helper system, that means you were too late in trying to contact them, therefore they were rotated to a new helper. You'll have to be fast with those since they're rotated quickly.

A member on this site has offered to make a Windows application for the helper system. If we are given our own dedicated server then im sure this will solve the lagging issue plus then the ideas above could also be implemented into the Windows application
