Some of us here are blind to Usamp, or in other words we cant do usamp offers. We're missing out on a whole lot and we know it, yet some of us claw by anyways. Why we cant seem to use usamp seems, im told, that it has to do with our emails. The orignal email we make with our account here is the one that usamp uses. That email is set in stone, non reversiable. Now way back when I was just begenning my p2s carrer I was helping someone, someone who is now an elite member. Well I logged out that day and went to bed. Woke up the next morning to find I couldnt log into my account. Now no personal details were given out, and I cant push blame onto that member, but I have a feeling in the back of my mind that something was up with how you treated me.. Anyways back on topic. I changed my email through support tickits I sent from an alt account.Situatioin got fixed and I got my origanl account back. I went to try usamp and got this. So anyways, for those of us whom the usamp world remians in the darkness of, could you show us a couple dozen (  ) screen shots on what we're not able to access through p2s?
.Edit: Oh and I talked with support here and at usamp. As far as I know theres nothing that can be done about this. |

I've moved your topic to Offer Discussion. Yeah for the log-in control problem you would need to email uSamp support like it describes at the top where their email address is displayed. Other members have had the same problem so I'm not sure why they couldn't help you with it. :/ Contacting support on P2S wouldn't help because it's an external offer category. Here's what the list looks like, nothin' special really:

Although this is a problem on the advertisers site we have tried to fix it for you by updating the email at uSamp (not 100% sure if it worked). Is it correct you've having this problem since 2011 because that's the last time I saw you updating your email. |

There's a simple solution to all who have the 'Login Control' issue. Simply hover over 'Account' then click 'Edit Account' and enter in the email address you used when you FIRST signed up with Points2Shop. This will fix the problem and allow you to again use the uSamp section of the site. Hope this helps and happy surveying! |
