Hi, I am from SG. I have achieve the criteria to ask for a verification letter. But i need to change my address as my current one is not exact. I receive a "Server Error An internal server error occurred" when i try to update my profile. Anyway, i already requested for the verification letter by mail, and likely i will not receive it? |

how do i disregaurd the message that says If someone in your household already has an account here, you will both be required to verify your information so we know that your accounts are valid. theres also no one else in my household with an account. |
