A question is where they are from, if they not in US, UK or CA then you get like 0.01 or even less so you couldn't even see and cash. If they are from there then probably it's glitch, so you should ask help to moderators or just ask in shoutbox, there should be at least one admin or moderator who could help you with this. Hope i help little.
