What if I already have something downloaded? Can I just claim it or do I have to unistall it and download it again? -Sorry if this is posted somewhere else, I looked and could not find anything about it.

No you claiming the offer wouldn't make it approve if you already have a program installed. Most of the download offers, it has to be your first time downloading the program to receive credit from it so you uninstalling it to download through the offer might not approve either. There's a chance it might though
