In the first pages fill it out with your real information, including your phone number. Once you get to the screen with different quotes Insuresquare Life Insurance will call the number you gave them. Once you pick up the phone they will tell you to press * if you are filling out the survey and don't want insurance.

Press * and mark as complete. AND BAMMN 100 points!

Well im pretty sure they added that press here if your doing it for a surveys and don't want insurance to stop the people not interested in getting actual quotes and not reward those people, im not sure why it approved for you though. Filling out these insurance offers will end up with you getting lots of calls from insurance agencies so you should only completed them if your interested.
