I received my Ultimate Game Card that had a value of 20,000 NX cash or ($20.00) or (2,000 Points). I went to the Nexon website to redeem my NX cash with my account so I could use it for the game I play Combat Arms. I chose the Pay By Cash method under the Ultimate Game Card section and the only choices available were in the amounts of 10,000 NX, 30,000 NX or 100,000 NX so I chose 10,000 NX and completed the tgransaction and my account was credited 10, 000 NX and said the remaining balance on my Ultimate Game Card which was another 10,000 NX would be converted to Ultimate Points which gave me a remaining balance of 1,000 Ultimate Points. I thought they might have been talking about my P2S points but they weren't and the 1,000 points are not listed anywhere on my Nexon Account so where are my remaining points? |
