Why can't I purchase anything? (Resolved)

It doesn't matter what item I buy or what seller I choose and I have enough points and I have also had some purchases shipped to me before. A new page doesn't come up, nothing happens. I'm just left there repeatedly clicking purchase rewards with your points. Any ides on what's wrong and how I could fix this?

If you have a negative cash balance, you're gonna have to start saving up in cash and get it back positive before you can place orders with points. You might think you have enough points, but make sure you don't have the "pay 100 points" or "pay 500 points" more if needed. You will need that extra points in your balance to be able to confirm the order, otherwise it will be considered as you don't have enough to order your item. If you have the exact amount the order comes to with shipping, you need at least 1 point over after you order. If none of these are your problem, try switching browsers to see if you have better luck or if you have the same problem. I wouldn't suggest using IE, it's not really a supported browser.

No account issues? I tested it yesterday and it loaded fine for me, so it's only an issue for you. What are you trying to buy? Have you tried clearing your cookies/cache then logging back into the site?
