I am a new member. I can not get past the email verification to get my account going. I have tried several times today, at various different times, I even changed my email address to a different one, all my spam filters are turned off, I have added the site to safe senders list, still no verification email! Please fix this ASAP. Thank you.

Oh yea, I also tried to use Facebook since it says you can use the social networks to verify, and Facebook has the same email address and still can't get verified or a email verification. So frustrating....

JustDontRage (My referral,) is also having the exact same issue. He states that he has gotten the 250 point bonus, but never received a verification link to his yahoo, and is limited to not being able to do offers/play games.

Okay. You can send in a ticket to the admin team and they will be able to help you further, and resend you a verification email. Go to the Support tab, Support Ticket . From there, click New Ticket and explain to the admin your problem. They'll get back to you in a few weekdays.

Ya, sucks that it says it will take 3 days and 4 hours before they will get to your ticket and can help you. Problems like this should have a link to click or ticket to submit for IMMEDIATE assistance. Not a very good first impression..

I understand you're frustrated, but there are several members waiting for assistance with problems. There are different admins that handle different problems so yours could be replied to sooner than others. Keep in mind the admin take off days over the weekend so you're less likely to get a reply then.

Why is this ticket marked as resolved? I still am unable to get a verification email to this day! The problem is still ongoing so please remove the resolved off this thread!

service@points2shop.com is on my safe sender list AND my spam filter is completely off so no emails go to junk mail folder. The folder is empty. I checked it just in case to be thorough. PLEASE FIX THE EMAIL VERIFICATION SYSTEM! It's been almost a week now! ANd yes I have a ticket pending as well that was answered with try again now, but its still broken.

Your topic was most likely marked as Resolved because there is nothing further we can do to help you in the forums. You will need to get the admin to resend your verification email to you, they will help you get it verified. You will need to explain to them you're still having problems with receiving your email from them.

Why they didn't just make my life easy and send the verification email to me manually has me baffled.
