Doing so can cause you both to have account issues. If he doesn't have a paypal account, he can always open one or use one of the other withdrawal methods, such as AlertPay, Cheque or giftcards

Also, if your account is verified, they could easily take money from your bank account. So in general, don't do it, tell them to get their own so you don't end up with all the risk when the you-know-what hits the fan.
