I think I have been given a faulty tracking number, because whenever I use it I get this message.


Delivery status information is not available for your item via this web site. A return receipt after mailing may be available through your local Post Office.



Is there anything I can do about this?

I had this problem once but on an order I personally ordered with Amazon.

They'd used the company Hermes UK and given me a tracking number.

I googled the company and entered my tracking number but got a similar message. I then went back to amazon and found the link to Hermes UK and entered my tracking number. It worked.

Oh and if you send in a ticket asking if you got the correct tracking number, the parcel will have probably arrived by the time you receive a reply.
