i got a warning from the admin " wakki2 " that my payout request was denied because i did not update my personal information in my profile . this was 2 days ago and i replayed to him in the message but nothing happened and the withdrawal page still does not work . iam waiting for more than 3 days to get replay from any support team member any Mod please , tell the support team about my ticket because i feel angry and sad . tickets ID : 213540 , 213899 |

When you reply to the ticket it goes to the beginning of the queue again, and admins don't generally work on weekends so that is why the reply may be taking longer than normal 
just be patient

1st - my request turn hold without any reasons and the withdrawal page closed 2nd - 2 days now and no one replays to my ticket i think the best site ever is the one which the support always fast . i can not be patient because i referred more than 20 members and 2 of them got paid but me , no !!! |

You're not the only one with account issues. You're just gonna have to be patient and wait for them to get back to your ticket. They do the best they can. Stop making several topics about this please. You do not need to keep discussing your account issues in the forum. Leave it between the admin and your ticket. Your topic will now be locked. |
