Just in case ^ this is the key you have to hit in order to capture your screen. After you captured your screen, open paint (or any other editing program), click Ctrl + V (if you are using Windows) to paste your image into paint. If you want to show just one part of the screencap not the whole thing (browser, bar, etc), click the 'select' option and select the area you want to KEEP. Then, select the icon next to the 'select' one (I've got the Spanish version, so I don't really know what is the exact name but I guess it's the 'crop' tool) < this one. Now, you have what you want to show. In order to hide your e-mail address or anything you want, you have several options, I'll give you the one I use: There's a box with shapes, select the rectangle one. When you select any shape, the icons beside the box will 'pop out', the first one is 'border' and the second one is "fill" (again, I'm not sure about the names though). If you want the rectangle to have a colour border (such as black, red, orange, etc), click border > solid colour > pick the colour you want from the colour palette placed next to 'colour 2'. If you don't want any border, go to border > no border. Now, select 'fill' > solid colour > pick the colour you want from the colour palette. This way your e-mail address will be covered by any colour.
