Unfortunately there isn't anything moderators can do to help this sort of problem. Account issues are only resolved through tickets with an administrator. Go to the Support tab, Support Ticket and click New Ticket. They will get back to you in a few weekdays. Please don't open several threads on your issue, one is enough. |
