Unfortunately all you can do at this point is wait for a response. Replies to a ticket can take some time, so give it a few weekdays for a reply. You're less likely to get a reply on the weekend because they take off days then. Keep in mind not to reply to your ticket several times. Each new reply added will update the timer on the ticket, sending it to the end of the waiting list. You're just gonna have to be patient.

that is unfair . my payout request page was closed without any known reasons , and i have to wait till the weekend ( after 5 days ) to get the replay only .

Anyone with account issues is restricted to parts of the site. It's a precaution until you get your issues resolved, then you will be able to use your account as normal. You will need to cooperate with the admin and have some patience. The admin go in order as received and there are several members waiting for a response, so unfortunately no there is nothing we can do to spend up your response time.
