Can i get paid $1.00 ??

I have balance more than $1.00 and also paypal account. The Problem is that i still unable to verify my address in INDIA 
need 50 referals of $2.00 earning ( not include external if i know ) to verify my address by mail so the required $2.00 is currect cash balance or total offer earning ?????? If i get paid $1.00 , is effect that $2.00 requirement ??? Pls help Thanks |

Hi. If you're wanting to withdraw to Paypal or another method, you can do this as a new member. You don't need to be address verified to receive those payments. No withdrawing your cash will not affect the $2 requirement. Also external offers will count towards the $2 earnings. You're almost there, keep going.
