Just remember we were all new at one point and working our up in the honor level ranks. I still remember myself as a gold member, and I felt like a newbie then, not completely aware of everything. I still had questions as a platinum member. A lot of the members you're seeing earning that much has probably been signed up on the site a good while. You'll be there one day too.
