I ordered prism stickers to get my bronze level, but it hasn't been approved or delivered.. Can someone please explain why its taking longer than 5 days?!

Be patient as you wait for a status change. Keep in mind orders are less likely to process over the weekend because admin take off days then, so it could be until Monday before you see a change. Go to the Spend Points tab and click Status of Orders to see what your order status is currently at. You can also see a current estimated approval time for all orders (not just your one) on that page, which as of now says almost four days wait. They might be a little behind in orders right now causing it to take longer to approve. You will receive a message when your order approves or denies. Give it at least 14 days to arrive after the order is approved. |
