I asked the verification letter, and I saw 0 letters and I keep on waiting. You forgot about me? :/ I am making a LOT of people wait to start with my Referral group and to give help in getting refs. And with this level I am able to do ZERO of my good ideas. I earned almost 40$ in one month, almost 80 refs, and I can do more and more, but this letter never arrives I am stucked to this nonsensical level, made for international members and maybe to make them die even more than they could start up (forgive me if I am harsh, but I am starting to think it :/) Is there anyway I can contact someone? I don't ask to be a voice towards admins, because I value 0% here, but, at least, could I leave a note? They may have forgotten me at this rate. I am seeing people getting it and I am still here blocked here and blocked there, I can't do this I can't do that. This is just sad, and somehow, frustrating.

You would need to get those resolved first before you would be mailed a verification letter to be upgraded to bronze level. Once you get those resolved through a ticket then you would be able to request and receive the letter. If you don't have account issues and the letter says shipped, it can take some time to arrive, especially considering the country you're from so give it enough time to arrive. It could take 2 - 3 weeks to arrive or longer, just be patient while you wait. You being at the new status does not prevent you from getting referrals or the way you're able to promote. Try out your ideas you have in mind and you could be earning from those during the time it takes to wait for your letter.

I have had a few problems where my order/withdraw has been "overlooked" i guess you could call it. but fill out a support ticket that way you can talk to the admins directly and find out exactly why you are only new honor level. because i dont even think your letter has been mailed yet and that is why you are still only new honor level

What I would like to know is if my case is a problem. Because I don't want to contact admins for a problem that can be solved in some time. I do think they have forgotten me or they didn't care since I am far from other accepted countries (I don't know?) Am I able to send a support ticket to get surely a response?
