I ordered A BlueTooth Dongle about 4 and a half weeks ago And still have not received it. As there is know tracking information I am unable to track it. I know My address Is correct because I have ordered and received my items with no problems. Usually i would get things in the first week. Should I be able to make a report some where?

Send in a support ticket! and let them know. They can solve your probelms better then I can =)

Go to the Account tab and click Support Ticket . From there, go to the New Ticket link and fill in the form and submit it to admin. It can take a few weekdays for them to get back to your ticket. Be patient as they look into your order. Remember not to send several replies to the ticket, because each new reply added resets the timer sending your ticket to the end of the waiting list.
