I have compleated alot of survays and many reward ponts for compleation all of my points are in "Pending "
and thise have been like this scince my third reward.

It looks like its time to clear cookies :) Cookies can help alot with offer approvals. Alternatively you can download Ccleaner and clear temp files and cookies that way.
