You can try sending in a ticket asking about it, set it as a manual order. Include the link in it and ask about it. You could also try requesting email codes like mentioned in this post: CANADA EMAIL CODES I know it says Canada, but there are codes for US accounts as well sold there so they might do it for you. It's worth a try. Good luck with figuring something out

Now can I send in a fresh ticket on the same issue requesting a US emailed 400 points rather than ordering it in amazon Will it be a problem if I send a ticket again on the same issue...a fresh ticket caz I closed the previous ticket Thanks
