should the 1 hour ban be regulated better

Total posts: 458 Status: Offline Date of Birth: 75-07-28 Total Earnings: $1239.7	reply date: 2012-01-12 07:14:37 well we can all see the 1 hour ban is going become available to quite a few people since the earnings potential has doubled in the last year, making it a lot easier for members to reach elite status. but my question is this should the 1 hour ban be reviewed by admin? i have a few suggestions my first is that elite should lose the right to use the 1 hour ban. my second is that platinum loses the right my third being the same rule for diamond to lose it and my forth is that all members lose the right and the ban hammer is issued to a select few members only. i would like to put this to the vote and put it forward to the admins to look at, so if you have another solution please vote other and place your suggestion many thanks. I think this is a good post though, and definitely like to see the vote on this. It would be great if something about this could be done. You're right, way too many have the ability to ban and it shouldn't just be given out to people who gain an honor level. I voted. It's hard to see how many have voted for the option to give it to only a select few though, since the option was too long. (Even though it says only 4 have voted so far). I would be for giving it to a select few, or only leaving it to the moderators as it used to be.

I feel that it might be better if someone was older and has experience on handling thing like rudely members. in a professional manner. Like said before i seen some upper level members get head strong this for all upper level member gold and higher We are the front line for this site. We are the one that that new member see first. We are there to help them and guide and help them. And when they see one us acting like fool by arguing in the shout or thinking that cuss they upper member that they don't need to obey by the rules kind make them think this site look good but i don't want stay on here if people act that way. Plus to it really up to one the mod and admin to deal with issue so I would say it don't matter what the out come well be if we have to lose that ability to remove someone from the shout so be it. and if they decided to point the respectable to few members I well support that too. So come people let remember we are here to earn free stuff and if want to help other people out that up to you.

Maybe its just me that thinks it would cause more issues. If people abuse the ability to ban then cant they just get that privilege taken away instead of a process where admin would have to choose? However since there are alot of elite members maybe the 1 hour ban ability can be for Diamond+ instead of Elite+ I dunno
