So I got it changed (took 2 weeks) and now I reordered the game card but I seen when I ordered it it said something about needing to be at least a bronze member which I am not. I am still a new member so will my order be denied again? It let me order it.

Price change on Amazon, out of stock, or account issues might arise that need to be taken care of first. If you're trying to order from the Gift Cards section you have to be at least bronze for any of them, emailed or mailed. Those would deny if you tried ordering them right now. Just try ordering something cheap to verify your address. It doesn't have to be from the low-cost rewards, but those are usually suggested because they're cheaper.

Shouldn't that be just as good as ordering something to be mailed to my address to be verified? Shouldn't that have given me bronze level status already?

That wouldn't be a reasonable reason to ban anyway, just so you know. Verifying your account information through a support ticket is different than ordering an item sent to your address. No that would not have given you the bronze honor level. It has to be done through the system and something has to be shipped to your physical address. Sending information through a ticket does not do that. Just go ahead and order something. It's simple. Don't make it harder than it needs to be. It's proof the site works as well and does send rewards redeemed. I'm sure you would be curious. I was when I was new.

To become bronze you need to order an item that is mailed first. Once that is approved you can order emailed items

Just go ahead and order something. It's simple. Don't make it harder than it needs to be.
