So I did some searching and apparently Amazon.com does ship to Australia from the U.K. So my question is, does prize2shop deliver the rewards which they purchase from Amazon, or is something just going amiss?

However all members can earn on cashle and withdraw via paypal, alertpay, and others! Hope this helps.

That one dollar bill is also limited to the US only. However, you can still order items with points if you have enough to order. To place an order, you will have to send in a ticket to the admin and request it that way. You will need to make sure the seller or merchant you're wanting to order from is willing to ship to your country and that you will have enough points to cover extra shipping costs. To request a manual order go to the Support tab and click Support Ticket. From there, click New Ticket. Categorize the ticket under "Manual Amazon Order".
