Then choose the category as problems with your account and explain your issue. You will get a response in about 1-3 business days.

You might want to wait since your country is wrong and it could cause issues though. So to be safe i would wait for a response and make sure all account issues are solved It would also make sense that you are receiving the messages if your in France but you see all US offers because of the country on your profile.
