Doing so will only make your account issues worse and take longer to get your account fixed. You will need to do what the admin handling your ticket is requesting to get the issues resolved. Once you do this and they have checked the ticket, you would be able to use your account again. Best doing it as soon as you can so it doesn't take so long to get the issues resolved. I've also had account issues and had to verify my account this way. I've edited the ticket out of your response. Please keep that between you and the ticket, not in the forum.

Yes it would be resolved. The admin explained in your ticket how you can verify your account details. Try reading your ticket again.
