I am afraid whether I have lost my points to the wrong vendor (in my opinion a fraud) and got cheated I have not got my item that I ordered for 300 points . The order is approved and thus I became bronze level but that shud mean that they have verified my address with the order.....but how can they verify a residential address without sending the product to the address...may be there are other ways but for that I would have ordered some cheap low quality item which I don't want to even receive like those items for some just 50 points and p2s can happily verify my address without even me getting the actual item. My point is if P2S can verify an address using an order (external order given to some vendor or seller ) they must also be able to help me out getting the item from that man by contacting him or any other possible way which I can't imagine or even come across ...pls I request the higher level people to help me put a stop to my long wait by letting me know what's going on with my order. My order details are (I have just copy pasted from my order history page where one can see the date that I have ordered that's on 22nd of dec 2012 View Order ID Status Total Points Order Date Status Bar Delete View Order 326849 Approved 300 2011-12-22 10:11:23 Delete Congratulations, your order is successfully placed! If this order has tracking information you will find it in order details. If there is no tracking information available you can expect your package in 1 to 3 weeks depending on how fast Amazon will process your order and the mail man delivers!))) Okay. The date you're seeing on that order (12-22-2011) is the date you placed the order. You need to go by the date your order actually approved because that would be when your order was actually placed by the seller. Look in your messages here to see when your order was approved, since you would have received one about it. It could be a good few days difference between there. Go by that date, and then add two weeks to it to get an estimated day of when your order should have arrived. Now if the order has taken over at least 14 days to arrive, then you can now send in a ticket to the admin team so they can look into your order for you. Don't worry, the admin would definitely contact the seller if there is a problem with your order. If they don't get a response from the seller after awhile, then they would get in contact with Amazon to get the issue resolved. Either way, the problem would get fixed. You would not be cheated out of your item/earnings. To send a ticket, go to the Support tab and click Support Ticket . Click New Ticket and explain your problem. The admin will get back to you in a few days, excluding weekends. Remember not to send several different replies to the ticket - each new reply added resets the timer on the ticket, sending it to the end of the waiting list. |

Very very thanks for ur support I am a bit relieved and definitely will show the proff of my item once I receive. Only if I ask for a help P2S can help me that's why I posted my problem . I didn't want to. Rib about my problem without telling it out ...that will be pointless ...and your reply has given me a lot of peace Thank you once again |
