My first withdraw was pending since after 2 days they say ""Dear Member,

We have reviewed your account and feel we need to collect additional information. Can you please check your profile and change all information to accurate and complete personal information. Please get back to us as soon as you have done that.

Please take note that your account is NOT closed at the moment and this situation will not affect your balance. Your current orders or withdraws might have been denied. You can order new products or withdraw your money as soon as this issue has been fixed. The only way to fix this issue is by replying to this ticket. People in the shoutbox will not be able to help you with this issue, hence there is no need to ask them.

But I m not sure what they exactly want from me and even now i can't see any withdrawl option after clicking on it they says

You have account issues and need to get them resolved through a ticket. Go to the Support tab, Support Ticket and click New Ticket if you do not already have an open ticket on the issue. They will help you get the problems resolved. Sorry, there is nothing anyone in the forums can help you with account issues. Only admins deal with these problems through a ticket.

A ticket is just a message directly to the support team to help you resolve issues with your account. When you requested the withdraw, your account was flagged for some reason. You will just need to wait for the admin to get to your ticket after you've sent one in, and they will ask you questions of some sort to fix the problem. Unfortunately we won't know what problems you have. Only the admin know that information.
