Help? How does the withdrawal of cash system work if you're still a new user?

I asked around and one user said if you're new you can't request for cash yet...you need to be approved first. Well I'm from the Philippines so I tried the verify address thing last month and so far the status said it had been shipped? How long do you think I would have to wait to have the address verified? And for instance if I were to order something through points how long would it take to deliver to the Philippines. Hope to have these things clarified. I'm kind of reaally confused. It'd be a waste if I couldn't withdraw my earnings.. :-/ Advice please!

Give it 2-3 weeks, could be even longer. It will arrive though, be patient. Once it arrives, you'll be able to verify your account for bronze. At least you can still make cash withdrawals in the meantime while you wait for it.

You being from Philippines, you could not order from the Reward Gallery directly. You will have to place manual orders through a support ticket to the admin. Make sure you have enough points to cover any extra shipping costs, and that the seller is willing to ship to your country. Go to the Support tab, Support Ticket, and click New ticket from there to send a ticket. Set the problem ticket as a "Manual Amazon Order" and describe to the admin what you want to order, from what seller, the price, etc.
