Here is a "conversation" with their customer support.

Weebly - Your account was in violation of our Terms of Service. So your site was shut down and your account was disabled. Sorry this happened out of the blue. The ban cannot be reversed.

See our TOS here:

http://www.weebly.com/tos.php

Jeff

For more information on Weebly policies, take a look at our Terms of Service:

Me - What's the reason of disabling my account? I've revised your TOs one more time and have not find something related to my site.

Weebly - We do not allow MLM / Make Free Money style sites on our network. So your sites were shut down and the accounts disabled. Sorry this happened out of the blue.

Jeff

For more information on Weebly policies, take a look at our Terms of Service:

Me - Thank you for reply. First of all there were no contents related to "Free money" my content was about "earn money". I've noticed on my site that "there are no free things in the world". There was even page related to promote weebly (have you seen that?). At last let me know do you think that points2shop is a scam site not worth to promote? I've some affiliates and tens of associates on points2shop so i would let them know to remove their weebly sites as soon as possible.

My friend said that he talked a week ago with Nick (Brundgart) - one of your stuff and he said that weebly has no claims against points2shop.. So please contact your manager to clear situation and get back my account as soon as possible.

Weebly - I'm terribly sorry for any conflicting information you were given, we do not allow Points2Shop style sites on our network.

I have included a link to an archive of both of your websites. You can upload these websites to a 3rd party host, but they can not be uploaded back into Weebly.

Now i run my domains to other hosting, Would like to have your comments an advices.

Well first of the guy clearly doesnt know that Make Free Money doesnt stand for MLM, stands for MFM. Its clearly a staff bluff looking to keep there jobs and put hammer on sites they feel less certain/skeptical about.

Personally knowing about administration if they have any reason to ban a group of sites they dont need to hide behind the TOS because honestly, no one can enforce the TOS that is not staff member unless its copyright related, maximum that can be done is blacklisting. Second they probably wont change their minds but a good thing is they give you the file to put towards another host, meaning you would rather go to some place where hosts have to communicate with you. I never used weebly in over 3 years but i can say its better not being hosted by hosts that are skeptical about the sites, usually other hosts or people who have problems will contact you first.

Many people have had their promotional sites banned unfortunately. i ONLY recommend these hosts for promotional websites that will communicate better with promoters, excludes godaddy(worst but most paid for in my book)

list of great hosts for your site: name.com
namecheap

I made a post about this warning everyone to back up their websites as Weebly were going to be having a sweep of all GPT ref sites.

They will give you a backup if you ask them nicely and you can put it on your own hosting elsewhere.

Regards

So,does that mean that the Ultimate Referral guide will have to be updated with a replacement for Weebly?

I would say so yes. But it doesn't mean we can't use weebly to manufacture the website, then download and host elsewhere. Just need to be quiet about it.

Wow that really sucks for you guys and gals, its not as if you were promoting something that is fake or otherwise unconfirmed. If the host doesn't want the additional, legal traffic then its their loss, not yours because there will always be other hosts!
